What is your return policy?
To facilitate a smooth return process, kindly ensure that all desired items are returned within thirty days from the original purchase date, as indicated on the enclosed invoice. Please be aware that a 10% restocking fee applies to returns made after this thirty-day period. Regrettably, returns cannot be accepted beyond 60 days from the purchase date. It is crucial to include the required paperwork with your return to avoid delays and potential confusion, which could incur additional fees. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines are greatly appreciated.
